Biography

Nikola Bogdanović was born in Nis, Serbia, in 1983. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis, Serbia. He received the Ph.D. degree in signal processing and communications from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2014. During the Ph.D. studies, he was a Marie Curie Early-Stage Research Fellow at the Computer Technology Institute (CTI), Patras, where he worked afterwards as a postdoctoral researcher, till April 2015. From June 2015, he has been a Marie Curie Experienced Research Fellow in the Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems (MS3) lab at the Delft University of Technology . He has been working within the SOS project related to sensors system for detection and tracking of dangerous materials in order to increase the airport security in indoor landside area.
