Biography

Xinliang Chen was born in Hubei Province in China. He received the Bachelor�s degree in electronic engineering from the Department of Physical Science and Technology, Wuhan University, China, in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree from Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academic of Science, in 2010. He has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. He joined the teaching staff of Beijing Institute of Technology in 2012. He is currently a visiting guest researcher with the Microwave Signals Sensor and Systems group at the EEMCS faculty. His research interests include target detection and tracking, statistical signal processing and machine learning, with applications to wideband radar systems and MIMO radar network.
