Harun Cetinkaya received his BSc degree (July 2006) from Electronic and Telecommunication engineering department, Kocaeli University and MSc. Degree (July 2009) from Electronic engineering department, Gebze Institute of Technology (Kocaeli, Turkey). Currently, at the same university, he is a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Electronic Engineering.
Beside his education life, he worked as a researcher in International Laboratory for High Technologies (ILHT), Material Institute-TUBITAK, Kocaeli, Turkey (February 2009-August 2012). Then, He was with the department of Millimeter Wave Radar and High Frequency Sensors (MHS) in Fraunhofer-FHR (Bonn, Germany) as a DAAD Ph.D. visiting student for 10 months. In both places, he was engaged with millimetre-wave imaging systems and imaging algorithms for security purposes.
Since July 2013, he has been working as a researcher in MS3 group, Electrical Engineering Department, Delft University of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Alexander G. Yarovoy. He is working on monostatic and MIMO UWB ground penetrating radars.
